Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges as all items are made to order. I begin processing your order immediately upon receipt.

For this reason, I will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it. Please reach out prior to placing the order if you have any questions.

A credit to this shop will be issued which can be used toward a future purchase if the item has not already been made.

If you Opt out of Route Protection the following below will apply to any items damaged in transit.

If an item arrives damaged in transit, please reach out within 3 days of receiving order and include picture of damaged item and packaging to TheBsdCo@gmail.com to assist with processing a refund or exchange. If it is after 7 days there will be no refunds or exchanges for items damaged in transit.

Any returns due to damage in transit postmarked after 10 days of receiving your original package will be refused by TheBsdCo and returned to the sender.

What are your shipping and processing time frames?

Once orders are received, they are prepped for production immediately.

Most orders are processed in 1-7 business days. Keep in mind Holidays are not included as business days. Once completed the items will be shipped out.

I ship out using USPS Priority and UPS Ground. It allows for fast shipping with added protection with insurance for items.

Route Protection is offered at checkout. Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items that fit the following criteria. Review the policies to understand what lost, stolen, and damaged items Route will cover. Click here to see Route Policies

Please ensure the shipping address is correct prior to placing the order as this is where the item will be shipped to and lessens any risk of lost packages.

If you need it to arrive at a certain time, guaranteed, I would recommend selected the expedited shipping option.

If there is a delay for ANY reason, it will be communicated to you by email used on the order placed.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. I do offer international shipping.

Can you personalize items?

All tumblers and coffee mugs and some other items can be personalized with a name. The name can be for yourself or for gift giving.

The font will be similar to the one use for the design. If you have a different font you may like please reach out directly to see availability at TheBsdCo@gmail.com

Can you make me a custom item?

Yes. Special requests are always accepted. Please submit request using the form on the top of the page titled Requests. I will respond within 24-48hrs with a response if I am able to complete the request I will send communication either way. Drafts will be sent as well for requests that can be completed.
